The Gateway Hotel & Conference Center is currently hiring for a Full-time Front Desk Agent to support our hotel operations. Weekend Availability Required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Always greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform accurate check-in and check-outs of guests daily
  • Answer telephone in a timely fashion
  • Make reservations over the phone and in person
  • Provide mutually beneficial solutions to guest complaints
  • Responsible for a cash float throughout your shift to ensure that everything balances at the end of shift
  • Exhibit teamwork throughout all departments of the hotel
  • Qualifications

Prior customer service experience required.

Cash handling experience required.
